Worked with Medikabazaar from their founding in 2014. Business and tech alignment from day one. Called back in 2018 when rapid growth created a communication breakdown between leadership and tech. Stayed until the problem was fixed.\n\nThe Medikabazaar engagement is what taught me the difference between giving advice and bringing real teams alongside a business. It is the reason the ecosystem exists in the form it does today.

Co-founded with Kunjan Hirpara. Operational challenges combined with Covid meant we couldn't scale. We closed it in 2022. The lesson — operational structure must come before scale — shapes every partnership I sign today.
