I built an ecosystem so founders could take their time back.
15 years of learning that most growth problems are actually time problems.
Allan Vijay Pinto built an ecosystem of four companies — Croadz, Breeur, Allans, and Allan Ventures — between 2010 and 2015 to solve a single problem he kept seeing: business owners and founders trapped as the bottleneck in their own businesses. The ecosystem now works alongside partner businesses as an integrated operating layer, so the owner gets their time back. Allan has delivered 300+ engagements across 25+ countries over 15+ years.
Allan Vijay Pinto built an ecosystem of four companies between 2010 and 2015 to solve the business owner time problem. Each company filled a gap the previous one couldn't solve.
The Origin Story
Started with digital marketing.
I started a digital marketing agency — Croadz. We were good at it. But we kept hitting the same wall: we could promise growth, but our clients couldn't execute it with their existing tech.
So I built a software company.
Built the tech. Sales still stalled.
Breeur gave us great marketing AND great tech. But sales still stalled. Distribution was the missing piece.
So I built a sales outsourcing company — Allans.
Recognised the pattern.
Each business filled a gap the previous one couldn't solve. That pattern taught me something deeper: founders running these businesses didn't need advice. They needed operational support they didn't have to build themselves.
Allan Ventures came next — the strategy layer.
Time Generator for Business Owners.
I partner with founders who want to scale without being personally consumed by their own business. They keep their craft. The ecosystem — marketing, technology, sales, and strategy — covers everything else. They get their time back.
Why I built an ecosystem instead of a consultancy.
The only thing that takes a time problem off a founder's plate is a team — a real team, working alongside the business, week after week. A marketing team. A tech team. A sales team. A strategy partner.
That is why I built an ecosystem of companies instead of becoming a better consultant. The ecosystem is the answer to the problem consulting could never solve.
What I promise a founder.
I promise you only one thing: you'll get your time back.
Everything else — strategy, marketing, sales, technology, operations — flows from that promise. The ecosystem exists to deliver it. — Allan
Medikabazaar
In 2014, I worked with Medikabazaar on their founding. Business and tech alignment from day one.
In 2018, they called me back. Their business was thriving, but leadership and tech teams were speaking different languages. Same gap I kept seeing everywhere.
I stayed. We fixed it together.
Today: Rs. 2,200 Cr+ in annual revenue.
That experience taught me the difference between giving advice and bringing real teams alongside a business. The ecosystem was the next logical step.
Three beliefs I work by.
01
Founders don't have a growth problem. They have a time problem.
02
You can't fix a time problem with advice. You fix it with a team.
03
A founder's job is the one thing only they can do. Everything else should be delegated, automated, or removed.
The one that didn't work.
Protto · 2018–2022
In 2018, I co-founded Protto with Kunjan Hirpara. Great idea. Operational challenges combined with Covid meant we couldn't scale.
We closed it in 2022.
The lesson was direct: a good business with the wrong operational structure won't survive pressure. Every partnership I sign now is shaped by what Protto taught me.
